Removing golden test guidance.

Paul Armstrong requested to merge remove_golden_record_tests into main

Why is this change being made?

More info here: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-data/analytics/-/merge_requests/9036

We haven't had any updates except further removals from the golden data since 2021. Because this data is also seeded onto DBT users' laptops this poses a fairly high security risk with very low utility (now). We have also moved the majority of our DBT testing into monte carlo so think this is a good opportunity to remove them.
