Evolving Results value to "Results for Customers"

Devin Rogozinski requested to merge results-for-customer-update into main

Why is this change being made?

When debating Customer-centric as a value, the idea to rename Results to “Results for customers” was proposed, this recommendation assumes we will adjust the Results value to “Results for Customers”

This MR suggests changes to the Results value and operating principles to better align the definition and operating principles to "Results for Customers".

This changes add several operating principles from the proposed Customer-centric value to define how we can achieve results for our customers as we strive to be more customer-centric as an organization.
