This MR consolidates mentoring documentation by redirecting the two engineering-specific mentoring pages to the main company mentoring page.

Changes

  • Added redirects in layouts/index.redirects:
    • /handbook/engineering/mentorship/ → /handbook/people-group/learning-and-development/mentor/
    • /handbook/engineering/careers/mentoring/ → /handbook/people-group/learning-and-development/mentor/
  • Removed duplicate pages:
    • content/handbook/engineering/mentorship.md
    • content/handbook/engineering/careers/mentoring.md

The redirects are set to be removed on 2026-06-05 following the standard 6-month retention period.
