This change updates the User Satisfaction (USAT) survey follow-up process. The main updates include: changing from quarterly to twice-yearly outreach, rebranding from "USAT" to "USAT+", and adding a new option to gather feedback via email instead of only through scheduled interviews. The documentation now provides detailed email templates for both approaches - one for simple email feedback collection and another for scheduling video calls. The process steps have been clarified to better guide product team members on how to reach out to survey respondents who agreed to follow-up conversations, with emphasis on coordinating to avoid multiple team members contacting the same user.
