Add Google Chrome tips: Shortcuts, tab groups, profiles, performance settings

Why is this change being made?

During my Macbook refresh in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/it/end-user-services/issues/laptop-issue-tracker/-/issues/2621 I have reviewed the best practices handbooks for security and tools and tips. For Google Chrome, I used the profile sync to migrate all bookmarks for example.

This MR adds more Chrome tips from practical usage over the past years, which can be helpful for everyone.

  1. Keyboard shortcuts (initially, I learned about searching all opened tabs)
  2. Use tab groups for greater efficiency (thanks @msedlakjakubowski for the hint a while ago)
  3. Profile documentation and migration for laptop refresh URL
  4. Chrome Performance settings. A friend recently pointed me to the memory saver feature added in 2023 which greatly helped on the old Intel Macbook too.
