Improvements to NordLayer guide

Why is this change being made?

The NordLayer User Guide has some incorrect or lacking info and formatting errors.

I recently installed NordLayer on Linux, and our guide omits some Linux-specific configuration steps and doesn't link to NordLayer docs. Also, as far as I could determine, on Linux you can't mark networks as trusted. I also didn't have to register with NordLayer to activate my account.

I updated steps for Mac against https://help.nordlayer.com/docs/step-4-install-and-configure.
