The article referenced in the Kindness Operating Princple is no longer available. Removing the link while leaving the wording intact.

I also reviewed wayback machine to verify that the landing page for this link is NOT what was originally pointed to and is not relevant enough to warrant the connection to it. The current iteration of the original content can be found here, however I would suggest that it's not content we want to elevate, especially when we are stating that we don't agree with the mindset and principles shared.
