Added colume for Schedule Notes
Moved "remote" to Schedule Notes with time zone. Will update this as changes are identified
"No Shadow" for week of Summit, as indicated in existing handbook.
Deleted "Parental participation" and text re: scheduling details under Rotation Rhythm, just above the schedule
