Substantiates dogfooding as using the product like our users do

Lyle Kozloff requested to merge lyle-update-dogfooding into main

Why is this change being made?

I've observed that many folks within GitLab define Dogfooding as "using the product". However, I've also observed (and sometimes authored) clever use cases for GitLab that were never intended and a customer or wider community member would never even think to use. (Eric Johnson used to call this "llamafooding".)

Dogfooding is not just using the product: it's using the product in the way a user or customer might use it with the specific end of improving our collective lives.

Dogfooding supports customer results: we don't dogfood as a moral principle separate from our community. We do it in support of our community.

Using GitLab in a weird way isn't bad (and sometimes it's really good!), it's just not dogfooding.
