Update shadow page and make consistent

Improving the CEO shadow page:

  1. Move individual takeaway videos to the alumni section and referring readers there.
  2. Separate expenses that always apply and in-person only expenses.
  3. Remove or update out of date content, including fixing links.
  4. Make capitalization more consistent.
  5. Make guidance consistent.
