Why is this change being made?
- We started our Family & Friends benefit in early 2020 to help us cope with the COVID-19 pandemic, and planned to continue Family & Friends days for as long as the majority of the world was dealing with the pandemic.
- While the World Health Organization declared an end to the COVID-19 global health emergency, we understand the value our team members get from these days, so we made the decision to keep them through FY24.
- We’ve started our FY25 and 3-year planning process, and for FY25, we have decided to adjust the frequency of Friends and Family days, making them quarterly. Please see the CEO message in #company-fyi for more details about why we’ve made this change.
