Add additional security links to Modern Health page

Andrew Evans requested to merge atevans-add-modern-health-security-info into main

Why is this change being made?

I was reading through the Modern Health page as part of my onboarding. As a security engineer, I try to be very cautious about giving health data to tech companies. I like to verify that the company has a security team, that they have made efforts to meet industry-standard security compliance, and that at least one other company has vetted their claims. Modern Health meets these requirements. I've added links to the information I found directly to the handbook, so if others want to make the same checks they can do so faster.
