Update culture onboarding page with Elevate Cohort 11 Group 1 project

Why is this change being made?

💡 Provide a detailed answer to the question on why this change is being proposed, in accordance with our value of Transparency.

This is part of the Elevate manager project for cohort 11, group 1. We discussed that when a new person is brought into an existing team there is currently a gap in how the team dynamics may change as a result. We looked at this as an opportunity to create a plan to build high-functioning teams and build trust between between all the members of the team including the leader.
