Why is this change being made?

Now that the SSCS WG has a priorities YAML file (add here gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com!131353 (merged)) we want to add this list automatically to the SSCS WG page https://handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/company/working-groups/software-supply-chain-security/#priorities-and-progress
