Shorten effective listening
Why is this change being made?
Why? This content struck me as very generic and the linked article did not support the assertion. I found guidelines on active listening with a curated list of articles in the leadership section of the handbook.
This is a first iteration - my next iteration I plan to add this to remove the effective listening header and add this to the "effective and responsible communication guidelines". I found one other page that linked to this section, so I'll update that link at the same time.
