Why is this change being made?

This Handbook update creates the first iteration of the GitLab Pride TMRG Mentorship Program 🏳️‍🌈

The members of the TMRG have been suggesting a Mentorship program (similar to the Women's TMRG, though smaller in scale) for some time, pairing interested participants in support of navigating the professional world as queer people. This creates the structure and dates for the first round

It also moves the current TMRG Pride page into a directory containing the existing page, and this new one.
