Change the links to the grade-levels to CS grade-levels

Why is this change being made?

The current grade levels are pointing to the GitLab's grade levels, this can cause confusion (if not scrolling down enough).

💡 The grade levels for the Solutions Architect job family have been updated to point to the Customer Success levels.
