This MR adds a link to the job that generated the FF state change issue.

Changes

The following changes were made:

  • The ISSUE_FOOTER constant in the Chatops module was updated to include a link to the CI job URL.
  • The description method in the Chatops module was updated to include a mention of the CI job URL.
