Various final fixes

  • Increase the size of the window close icon on dialogs (#257 (closed))
  • Don't display the HelpText by default on mobile devices (only show the LoginHelpText) (#257 (closed))
  • Ensure the bubbles get loaded when loading OSMyBiz with enough zoom (rather than only after panning/zooming
  • Fix businesses removed from the watchlist sticking around until next reload
  • Ensure dialogs like the error dialog can be displayed on mobile devices without clipping
  • Update readme with link to current test server and add a note about the Live-vs-Test-Data problem.
