Generate manifest with the contents of the project

Issue Context

It would be nice to generate a manifest files with the contents of the different runtimes, so people doesnt have to inspect the bst files directly

Issue Description

Generate a file with at least this info:

• Component
• Version

Open a issue in buildstream to generate this, see: BuildStream/buildstream#235 (closed)

Acceptance Criteria

A manifest should be generated, probably as output of the CI

During GUADEC, devs and downstream users have express this would be very helpful for them: let's not wait for buildstream to implement this and create a static list of the major packages in our wiki

Git sources don't have their versions in the wiki at present

URLs which use aliases from project.conf do not have the full URL on the page, just something to bear in mind when it gets fully automated
