Workaround "way to upload pictures for news section on the start page"
A workaround for #1245
A new shared folder "uploads" will be given Access will be given to the Startpage AG via sftp to the directory what is done in foodsharing-dev/foodsharing-ansible.
The access to the folder needs to be adapted in the nginx configuration, what is done in foodsharing-ansible!1 (merged)
What does this MR do?
Adds a shared upload folder to deployer.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
There is nothing that should break. There might come up permission issues at the new folder, but I tried to check this as good as possible
