What does this MR do?
Add's age band to the statistic page. this is part from the the bigger statistic MR !958 (closed) , that was discussed and better to have it separate.

- Auf der Statistikseite eines Bezirkes oder Bundeslandes wird nun eine Übersicht der Altersgruppen und die Verteilung der foodsaver aufgeteilt nach Stammbezirk und Bezirk angezeigt. "ungültige" Altersangaben entstehen wenn kein Geburtstag angegeben wurde, oder das alter über 100 Jahre ist. (Screenshot von oben einfügen?)
