WIP: More region stats

What does this MR do?

rearranged order of statistic tables

• utlizization
• pickups
• gender
• ageband

Adds utilization on statistic page for today, tomorrow, dayaftertomorrow

added Ageband statistic

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
