Description of Feature

The owner of the proxyFactory (whoever deploys it), can propose changes to

• the owner
• the timeLimit until which changes can comeinto effect
• the assessmentMaster template that newly created Proxycontracts will refer to

Motivation and Context

we want to issue changes to assessment logic by replacing the assessmentCopy.

For changes more involved, one would deploy a new network and ask users to migrate

What's Next?

• merge the calling mr !32 (merged)
• make the consensus-distance a parameter of the Assessment (see #53 (closed))
