Libretro core for the EPOCH/YENO Super Cassette Vision, a home video game console released in Japan in 1984 (EPOCH) and in France later that year (YENO).

A C++20 libretro core skeleton: the 24 API entry points, two joypads, keyboard and mouse, core options, a serialisable state contract, cross-compilation to Windows and ARM, CI, and a test harness — with no machine in it.

Headless testing instruments for libretro cores: a ctypes frontend that loads a core directly and hashes the bytes it produced, and a full-set regression driver through RetroArch's CLI. Cloned, never copied.
