Exposes HTTP health check endpoints for services that don't provide them natively

A simple all-in-one golang CLI which sends a GET HTTP request to a local healthcheck endpoint. Suitable to use within distroless images to perform container healthcheck.

This program will constantly check for one or more http(-s), websocket or redis endpoints and notify you whenever something goes down and also when it goes up again! It will additionally expose an api with the current statuses of every endpoint.
