pack-stash is a lightweight Rust proxy for the Git HTTP Smart Protocol that accelerates git fetch via local mirrors and caches Git LFS objects on disk. It streams everything without buffering, forwards pushes upstream, and delegates all authentication upstream. Caching layers are independently configurable, making it ideal for CI/CD acceleration, remote-office caching, and continuous backup.
