automounts keep coming back in new instances booted of a snapshot
Automounts, particularly the /sofware creates interactivity issue with the file systems. To resolve this, we delete all automounted and empty file system entries in /etc/fstab. This works quite well, and the changes survives in reboots/shelving of the changed system. However, when I make a snapshot of the system to create other instances from the snapshot, all edit entries comeback.
