Suggestion by a user: Maybe don't let people delete other people's servers

Instead of that, maybe ask them to jump through an extra hoop, like described in #294:

One simple thing could be a modal dialog asking users to confirm before deleting a server, and "extra confirm" before deleting multiple servers in bulk, perhaps like this:

OpenStack also supports a "lock" action which blocks instance actions (including delete) until the server is unlocked again. (This does not work if you are performing actions as a cloud admin -- ask me how I know! 😅) We could expose this to support users "locking" important resources.
