Resolve "svm: add slide map renderer"

Description

Added pixelmap render and interface to colorize annotations from app to slide-viewer. The generic-app-ui-v3 supports pixelmaps. All apps are supporting annotation rendering hints via ead. GAU-V3 also supports to choose from color maps for annotations (including ead rendering hint) and pixelmaps. Rendering hints for pixelmaps will be added in a different issue.
