svm: add slide map renderer

Description of requirement

Add slide map renderer to the slide viewer and the using apps, like generic app ui v3.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC: renderer slide maps in an extra openlayers layer
  • AC: add interface, class and functions for rendering to the slide-viewer
  • AC: add instances to apps for api calls
