Using cross-tile splines causes seams
Steps to reproduce:
- Create some random terrain.
- Add some splines with interlink (I used a scatter with density 0.5, but it also happens when increasing density).
- Turn off "within tile"
- Draw the spline stroke (I used 20 width).
- Look for seams on tile edges.
Actual result: As you can see on the screenshot the terrain does not contain any seams, but only the results of splines (flatten and texture) have seams.
