This release attempts to resolve some order of operation problems that could cause issues when mechs are wrecked. Updating the heat, burn, and overshield values at the same time can generate null transform errors. This will hopefully make it occur less often.

I've also removed some macros that I no longer am using or maintaining since this mod automation does what they did.

This also adds effects for Jammed and Invisible mechs.
