sync 2026-10-20, third run

Drift report, 2026-10-20 (third run of the day, the first with the sync counting only the merge requests that close an issue).

Documentation site

  • State changed: agents#16 (closed) (the sync fix itself) joined and landed with a merged MR; 22 of 24 done. #7 (closed) is next, #8 (closed) waits on it.
  • Not mentioned: agents#16 (closed) is in neither the deviations paragraph nor the timeline. It renders as a row under "Found on the way".
  • Closed, no merged MR: agents#11 (closed), the backfill of dependency references and phase labels. It was a run against GitLab recorded in the issue, as the agents MR that landed the skills says. The narrative's deviations section mentions the backfill but not that no MR carried it; a short note would settle this flag for good.
  • Noise, now gone: the MRs that only mentioned issues (the narrative MR and the sync MRs) left every issue they were attached to.
  • Noise, still there: the first sync MR of the day (!5 (merged)) still shows on #3 (closed) and #4 (closed), because its commit body said "closing #3 (closed), #4 (closed)", which GitLab reads as a closing keyword. Harmless, both issues also carry their real MR. Lesson for the sync skill: the commit body must not use closing keywords before a reference. This commit avoids them.
  • No prose dependencies, ADR matches 0003.

Lint every repo

  • State changed: #2 (closed) no longer lists the sync MR that mentioned it. It is open and blocked on agents#5 (closed) again, as the narrative says. The narrative matches.

Unattended Arch install: data unchanged since the previous sync.
