Make changes for new automotive compose url value and format:

update AUTOMOTIVE_CONFIGURATION_URL to new url/file name
remove references to arch for url
update release regex
update jq to search for entry aws, by passed pipeline arch to find ami id
remove the variable automotive_compose_url as it's not used any longer \
