support namespace (dashing)
I think now source codes don't support namespace.
For example, I typed ros2 run v4l2_camera v4l2_camera_node __ns:=/camera0
,but the node publishes /image_raw
.
This request is to publish /camera0/image_raw
when I type it.
Please check my changes and consider them.
