Notes for Reviewers

This requires testing to verify that GNSS, IMU, and Odometry data are published with X forward. Because of the changes made in LGSVL, this also requires a new map for the AutonomouStuff Parking Lot. Change the URL in your simulator for this map to https://assets.dev.lgsvlsimulator.com/d5b8bb0b7f49875a8a4bbf83c50b3a4fe53779c7/environment_AutonomouStuff and it will download it automatically.
