[182] Added bounding boxes to RecordReplay planner interface
requested to merge smerkli-embotech/AutowareAuto:182-extend-recordreplay-to-bounding-boxes into master
Starting this MR to enable @esteve and @christopher.ho to have a first look at what's happening so they can move on with the work on #181 (closed).
The functionality is in place along with tests at the implementation class level, but no tests at the node integration level.
