Translate gamepad actions, part 4

Expose the lines required to use l10n for the remaining gamepad actions (inventory, map, race menu). 5+6+3=14 lines in total.

Swedish lines provided by Lysol with input from #skandinaviskt Discord users, the lines for the other languages are based on official localizations with some adjustments for the Russian lines (custom Move translation, un-shortened generic Local).
This completes l10n-ing of gamepad actions (previous MRs: !4916 (merged), !4907 (merged), !4888 (merged)).
