Translate gamepad actions, part 3

Continues !4888 (merged) and !4907 (merged). Uses l10n in favor of GMSTs for 8 more menus:

  • journal
  • repair and merchant repair
  • scroll
  • stats
  • trading
  • travel
  • waiting

Inventory (four menus worth of actions in a trenchcoat) and the map require a large number of exposed lines (6 and 5 respectively) and it would be funnier to do the 3 lines of the race menu last for a very specific reason so this isn't the final one.

I used the official translations for all the languages as they mostly seemed generic and consistent enough except the Russian scroll down line which has the first word shortened in the GMST (which is also a choice I've previously made for the scroll up action).
