Launcher: Special handling for comma in openmw.cfg entries is unintuitive and should be removed

Don't give , any special meaning when deciding which comments go with which lines. Should take a couple of minutes if I do it in the next couple of days before I forget how it works.

Rough implementation notes:

• I think it's just the regex being "^([^=]+)\\s*=\\s*([^,]+)(.*)$" instead of "^([^=]+)\\s*=\\s*(\\S+)\\s*$". We never seem to access the last group, so should be able to get rid of it.
