Some improvements in the OE plans samples
Since we use YAML, we don't need to all these extra quotes, brackets, ... It makes the sample much easier to read, and maintain.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
