ci: Drop TLS use when uploading test results

Drew Reed requested to merge dreedarm/meta-cassini:bugfix/AMPLATFORMS-2456 into mickledore-dev

The Corstone-1000 MPS3 platform does not have enough performance to create TLS connections to external servers so when uploading the test results we allow the use of insecure connections.
