Implement parallel snipe command for snipe operations.

  • Partition table based on EUMSheet.
  • Add kwarg retroactively to all UM calls for seamless operation.
  • Snipe command just switches on the Enum to query/modify snipe data.
  • Add automated reminder for snipe channel at 12 hour and specific pings for at 30 minutes to tick.
