Initial commit for Gigabyte X570-UD

Didnt want to use the Gigabyte software so wrote the fix

Im not quite sure what Zones are and using the MSI RGB Controller code was no help as it had no other modes, so this code works but only allowing color selection from Direct mode

Add support for Gigabyte X570-UD

Known issues: If the native Gigabyte software is running it will mess up the detection for the chipset Color selection is only working from the Direct mode, i dont know why but having this as simply Static mode wont work This will resolve the following issues #1229 #461 (closed)

Maybe with a small amount of modification these cases are relevant #2645 #631 #504
