[HyperX] support newer DDR4 Kingston DIMMs

Add support for up to eight DIMMs to the HyperX controller, when discovered at i2c address 0x54--0x57. Still have some values needing experimental determination, but this gets the basic effects fixed. Support the newer DDR4 DIMMs, which return different values for the SPD queries. See #2720.
