Support highlighting of Java Properties syntax.

Language Support for Java(TM) by Red Hat now provides the textmate grammar for Java Properties (see https://github.com/redhat-developer/vscode-java/pull/2636). This PR adds support for highlighting .properties files based on that grammar.
