Add custom theme IntelliJ+Eclipse Dark

Daniel Scalzi requested to merge d_scalzi/familiar-java-themes:fix/eclipse-dark-colors into master

The theme was not correctly coloring import, package, and punctuation symbols. Imports were completely white. This fixes that, and ensures the semantic colors are as expected for interfaces, enums, and annotations.

If this could be followed up with a release, I would appreciate it 😄
