Branch front end

You can now change your branch details from the front-end of the site. If you are the owner, you'll see an edit button. When you click that, the front slides away to give you an edit form below. Filling this out and pressing submit will update the site and the file.

I also revised the file structure to be a bit more clear, libraries are not zines so their info.txt file is not in the distro folder, but the branch folder.
