pride month galaxy logo

this PR adds a rainbow on the galaxy logo (using the color-xyz-1 variables, to be consistent with the galaxy theme selected), as well as a trans pride flag on the BETA tag. the trans pride flag does not use the color variables as there weren't any that seemed close to the colors needed for this one and i wanted to make sure the idea still got across that it was a trans pride flag.
